CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
DEEP CLEANING
Our deep cleaning procedure uses leather-friendly products and techniques before coating with cleaning and conditioning agents.
*Complete removal of stains is not guaranteed, the efficacy of our cleaning methods depends on the nature of the stain and material.
MOULD REMOVAL
Are your leather bags infested with mould? Stop the spread and leave your mould worries to us with our specialised mould removal treatment. Using a safe, pH-balanced and leather-friendly solution, our team professionally cleans your bag to rid your bag of any mould..
*Do note that mould stain on bags may only be reduced and not completely removed, and the amount of reduction is also dependent on the material and condition of the item.
ODOUR REDUCTION
Anti-Bacterial Cleansing treatment is applied to your bag to remove bacteria and odours. This can be used on all types of leather, fabric, and coated canvas, the perfect service for all handbags and purses.
*Do note that the cleansing process functions to reduce pesky smells only (mildew/mould/odour).
COLOR PLATING, WEAR AND TEAR
LOOP, HANDLE OR STRAP REPAIR
Damaged, worn, or broken handles/straps/loops are reinforced and strengthened with a supporting layer of leather, or completely replaced.
The replacement can be recrafted with matching leather or redyed to replicate the original.
EDGE REPAIR / RECOATING
Edges of leather trimming, straps, and handles are commonly coated with a wax finish.
A new wax finish is applied to restore worn edges, lightly sanded for smoothness, and re-waxed with an applicator tool. Wax is relayered until the original wax finish is restored.
METALWORK
For bags that have a metal frame, a frame realignment may be needed if the clasp does not close properly.
We also provide specific Gold Plating services to plate or polish your 18k/24k Gold hardware.
HARDWARE REPAIR / REPLACEMENT
A variety of repairs and fixes include - reattaching hardware, fixing locks, and small pins.
New hardware will be sourced to match the design of the bag e.g. locks, clasps, eyelets, buckles, D-rings, grommets, chains, snaps, small pins, metal feet.
COLOUR RESTORATION / RECOLOURING & DYEING
Our colour restoration and redyeing service help cover up discolouration, deep stains, scuffing, and scratches.
This service can also change the colour of leather bags. The dye is custom-matched and applied with a fine mist airbrush pigment along with detailed hand-brushing to preserve your original stitching.
FILLER / EDGE COLOUR RESTORATION
We patch and fill holes, smoothen deep scratches/abrasions, and cover scuffed corners. Finished with colour touch-up.
*Do note that this process does not guarantee an exact match to the original, thus there may be a compromise between texture and aesthetics when restoring.
PATCH / REINFORCE
A layer of supporting leather is used to reinforce worn loops, straps, handles, piping, edges, or tears on the bag.
External patching on areas such as corners or edges may require the leather to be refinished with custom matched dye.
STITCH REPAIRS
We can re-stitch lining, loose side tabs, straps, panels, gussets, zip track or handles.
SUSTAIN, REPAIR AND RESTORE
LlNING REPLACEMENT
Worn, damaged, or deteriorated linings can be relined with matching leather or material.
Our artisan can incorporate multiple compartments, pockets, or zips into new linings.
RESIZING / RESHAPING
Resizing the bag to the ideal dimensions for you. Seams of the bag are opened, and excess leather is removed.
Reshaping restructures your bags by opening the lining and adding stiffeners from the inside of the bag, between the lining for sturdy yield.
STRAP SHORTENING
Straps are custom altered to achieve an ideal length for you, removing excess cluttered leather.
Pricing varies for different types of straps, e.g. patent leather, CHANEL chain etc.
HANDLE / STRAP REPLACEMENT
If your handles/straps are too weak, we recommend replacement instead of repair.
A new strap or a pair of handles can be recrafted with matching leather and redyed to replicate the original. If you require/desire a new length, just let us know.
HANDLE TUBING REPAIR / REPLACEMENT
Broken tubing in handles can be repaired to fill the hollow void in handles and get them back in working order. If they are at risk of tearing, we may advise replacing the existing handles with entirely new ones.
ZIP REPAIR / REPLACEMENT
We can fix zipper misalignment when stuck, the teeth not closing (or they keep popping open). If the zip head is broken, our artisans will source a new slider.
If there is a separation from the zip teeth or fabric tear on the zip tape, we will replace the zipper completely.

CUSTOMISATION
